The Cambridge IGCSE English as a Second Language is an international exam which prepares school students for life, helping them develop an informed curiosity and lasting passion for learning. This two-year course develops learners’ ability to understand and use English in a range of situations, and it builds learners’ awareness of the nature of language and the four language-learning skills: reading, writing, listening, and speaking. It focuses on practical communication for everyday use, which can also form the basis for further, more in-depth language study.

Learners will cover a B2 level of the Common European Framework of Reference, and a booklet developed by the Together English team walks them through each part of the 2024 exam syllabus meticulously and thoroughly prepares them to take the IGCSE with confidence.
